thanksgiving fun

Visiting home is the greatest thing ever. I may have gone into culture shock as soon as the cold, windy, bitter, winter weather hit me, but i can't complain, i loved every second of it. Thanksgiving break was full of so much greatness.

Family time, friends, home cooked meals, laughs, Christmas decorating, temple visits, visits with some of my favorite people, sleepovers, mission call openings, and the purchase of my new coat (which was a huge necessity i must say).

Living away from home has made me 580485038 times more grateful for everything i have back at home. I spent the majority of my time with my parents and i loved it all so much. I can easily say they are my very best friends. One the car ride home, i had lots and lots of time (4.5 hours to be exact) to think and i have come to the conclusion, that i am so blessed and i grateful for Heavenly Father and all he has blessed me with. My heart is full of gratitude and thanks.

i am thankful for.....

-The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A knowledge that Heavenly Fathers hears and answers my prayers. I am never alone.

- Family. I have a family that loves and supports me in all i do. I am grateful for a family that can make me laugh every single day, no matter what.

-Giggles. I mean who doesn't love to laugh?

-Friendship. I have the greatest friends in the world, period. i don't know how i got so lucky to have them in my life.

-Missionaries. The strength and love they bring me through letters and emails is amazing. i love missionary work. (Speaking of missionary work, Chad comes home in 7 MONTHS FROM TODAY GUYS, literally dying).

-Education. As lame as it sounds,  i am so grateful for the opportunity i have had to move out and go to college. It has definitely been challenging, but yet such a rewarding experience. I wouldn't change it for the world.

-and so much more. the list goes on and on. Those are just some that really have hit me hard lately. I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving!

I now am on the countdown for Christmas, 24 days guys, 24 DAYS! This is my favorite time of year.

Cheers to the best weekend ever and cheers to finals coming up!

xoxo
